OK guys, in order to get you back on track from your (hopefully) big day yesterday, we planned a special workout for you today. We plan for the "Turkey Burner" workouts that we've been talking about all week to be an annual tradition. We're not going to tell you exactly what we're doing, but this year, these are the numbers we're working with:
4 (Thanksgiving is celebrated on the 4th Thursday in November)
15 (the average weight of a turkey purchased for Thanksgiving)
88 (percentage of Americans that say they eat turkey on Thanksgiving)
3 (number of days the first Thanksgiving feast lasted)
270 (the population of Turkey, NC)
7 (number of other nations that also celebrate an official Thanksgiving)
3000 (average number of calories in a Thanksgiving meal)
20 (number of places in the US named Plymouth)
You'll have to join us at the BOX to find out exactly how these numbers are used. See you there!
