Workout of the Day

For time, in order:

100 Sit Ups

90 Jumping Pull Ups

80 Walking Lunges

70 KB/DB Swings

60 Wall Ball Shots

50 Back Extensions

40 Burpees

30 Box Jumps

20 Body Weight Deadlifts

10 Handstand Push Ups

Go hard and finish this first workout of the year with bang.
