Run 200m
10 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees
10 Abmat Sit Ups
Run 400m
15 Toes to Bar
15 Burpees
15 Abmat Sit Ups
Run 600m
20 Toes to Bar
20 Burpees
20 Abmat Sit Ups
Run 800m
25 Toes to Bar
25 Burpees
25 Abmat Sit Ups
If you can't do toes to bar, do knees to elbows, etc.
The 5:30 crowd bustin' out some Wall Balls.

Oh my aching stomach! I missed the last 2 days due to work so this should be good. AND and increasing rep scheme? Sadistic.

Wasn't sure how this one would turn out today, but felt pretty good doing it...tough but felt good. Finished in 28:26 I think...

Ugh...I hate running, so slow. Finished 32:30ish as Rx'd. Did all toes-to-bar but my grip was definitely a factor (and not a good one).
