Paleo Day 24
Maybe I should have decided to make the Paleo Post day Thursdays instead of Wednesdays, since that's when I've been doing them the most, anyway. So how are you doing. Are you sick of your friends/spouse/kids giving you grief for the way your eating? That will be coming to an end soon. Unless...
Our goal for this was to get everyone to see how this worked for them. Some transitioned easily. Others admitted they could stick pretty closely to it if they had a time or three a week to "cheat". Others hated it, and never really adjusted at all. We still have one week to go, and hope everyone will stay pretty tight with their intake. Everyone will probably take away something different from this experience. We'll talk about that at a later date, but hope everyone has benefitted from this time, and can use it to improve their nutrition in the future. More to come.
