Time to work on the game plan again, which pretty much is HIT IT HARD! A little heavier, but shorter.

21-15-9 reps each of:
Push Press (95#, 65#)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95#, 65#)
Box Jumps (24", 20")
Wall Ball Shots (20#, 10#)

Ugh. The only good thing about today is that Fight Gone Bad will be lighter weights and shorter (at least for me). 23:13 as rx'd
