Yikes, now I'm thinking about all the times I could have been knocked unconcious! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right? :)

  • FEBRUARY GYM CHALLENGE
    Remember, Gym Challenges are a TEAM effort! It's going to take the entire TCF family to hit the 40,000 mark for this month's burpee challenge. Many of you have already put some impressive numbers up on the board but we need everyone to take part. Don't let this one slip away!
  • ROWING WODs
    TCF is excited to announce the addition of Rowing WODs to our list of class offerings. These 30 minute classes will challenge your stamina and endurance as you row with a group under the direction of a coach. You must secure your spot in each class by registering online in advance. If you are unable to attend a session you signed up for, please cancel your reservation so that someone else may participate.
