15 Box Jumps (24,20)
15 Ring Pull Ups
Scale pull ups as needed, doing regulars instead of rings if you must. Grind it out!

For some strange reason (you think I would have learned after nearly a year) I thought this wod was going to be a little more layed back. I was wrong! Those ring-pullups threw me off my game, but finished as rx'd in 30:and change
