WOD: 10 1/2 or 11 1/2 rounds. HSPU were verticle with rubber-band/harness contraption. On a side note- did the WOD while 'coaching/helping/instructing' for the first time since the LVL 1 Cert in Charlotte. Very humbling...Clay and Kim, thanks for truly altering my life.
