4 rounds for time:
15 Thrusters (95, 65)
15 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
5 Muscle Ups OR 15 Dips AND 15 PUll-ups
Scale as needed and HIT IT!

Lori and I went at lunch today and had the gym all to ourselves. Only completed 3 rounds and had to use 35 lb kettlebell. Cold air and asthma just don't mix and I was gasping for air near the end. Hope to see everyone tomorrow night assuming the weather cooperates :)

Back started hurting during WOD. Will have to work on form some more. Finished in 21:59, modified the muscle ups with dips/pull ups.
