I may skip this one. I like strength days, but since I can't lift (or squat) any weight I'm not sure I can do much with this one. Oh well, have fun everybody! Definitely NOT feeling strong right now.

Was up to 1:30 so didn't get a chance to respond last night. What makes me strong...the first thing that pops in my head: Dov, my family & my friends! Without them I would struggle to remain grounded & sane!
Got up to 175 on the back squat & then struggled through the surprise Clay had for us!
