It looks like we might finally be getting some winter weather. Whether or not you think this is a good thing, be ready to pull your kids in the sled, or build a snowman, shovel the driveway, or get the car out of the ditch. Here's your warm-up. And be aware that we may not have class on Saturday.

Part of me wishes i had pushed myself to go to the WOD last night - but i am not yet up to going three days in a row - plus i was still walking around like frankenstein all day (my ass still hurst!).
I guess it is death my rower tonight - that is my punishment - let's hope to snow stays away long enough. :o)

Snatch grip deadlift = no real grip!
Hard to pull the bar off the floor with 40+ Lbs less weight than max deadlift. Maxed at 165.
Finished 250 meters before failure on the death row

Ooooo...got up to 100# on the snatch grip deadlift. Grip wasn't an issue since I wasn't really lifting that much anyway. I hate scaling all the lifts, but the stabbing pain in my back is a good reminder.
Successfully completed 200m/min rowing, didn't quite get 250m...not too bad since I still can't use my back.
This is getting really old.
