Finished in 11:30ish
My back is feeling better but I am still scaling back so the mods were:
- DL @ 3/4BW (115#)
- KB @ 20#, oh 20# is sweet!
- as penance I actually JUMPED up & down for all of my boxjumps
- pullups w/ 1 brown band (at least I'm kipping again)
