PR of 145. Tried 160 three times. Each time got the first one and then failed. Too tired to try 155.

Well Matt...now you know you have a 1 rep max of at least 160#.
It seems like I haven't done heavy OHS in ages. I like OHS, but I think I've been sick or injured whenever OHS came up. So the last max I can find is 105# for 1 rep.
Today got 3 reps @ 125#, so PR. I felt like I could squat more...but I need to work on my jerk to get more overhead.
