AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Box Jumps (24, 20)
15 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)

Did this wod in Dec. with HSPUs from knees on a 20" box, jumped a 13" box, and used a 25# KB and did 7 rounds even. Today knees were on a 24" box, jumped a 20" box, and KB was 35#...did 7 rounds today with 15 reps, only needing the KB swings to make it 8. At least this shows improvement.
