We made it through another week, spring is almost here, and you get another chance to get beyond "fit".

10 (per side) 1 arm DB Thrusters (35, 20)
15 Burpees
20 Ab Mat Sit Ups

First Xfit wod that I have done as Rxd! Had a PR on the press of 120 (most I could get keeping the legs quiet)...I tried 130 but failed, tried 125 and failed again. But the 120 was a PR. Time of 15:58 on the rest and halfway through I was regretting my choice of dumbell. But I did it!

Congratulations Dave. Always good to do something as Rx'd. Finished WOD in 15:27 as Rx'd and hit 175 on the press. Looking forward to the weight loss group meeting tomorrow.

Congrats Dave!! I don't even want to discuss my performance on the Press.... sigh!!! But I did the mini WOD in 7min as rx'd!!! Look forward to seeing yall on saturday!

Got to 85# on the press (PR).
Finished WOD in 6:58ish? Just under 7 min. No running!
