Quite of few of us will be traveling down to Florida to attend the CrossFit Games Southeast Regional event.  Because of this, as well as the Memorial Day Holiday, we'll be closed Friday through Monday (May 28th-31st) so be sure to get in here today to catch one more workout before the break.  Classes today are at 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM.  Stay tuned throughout the weekend for our text messages about Mendy's accomplishments during the competition as well as those of other NC athletes.  Enjoy your holiday weekend, everyone!  We look forward to seeing you when we get back.

Pretty sore after a week of vacation and no crossfit


Max press was 135. Did metcon in 9:03 with 10 lb wallball and only doing knee raises. Hope everyone has a safe Memorial Day weekend wherever you're spending it. See ya'll on Tuesday.


Things were a little quiet Th night. I thought everyone would want one last fix before the long weekend but I guess everyone else started the weekend early.

--that is 5# lighter than last week but I am feeling pretty tired after this week's WODs and I've been here M, T, W, & Th (because no weekend workouts scheduled)

- 10# wallball because of ankle & my wallballs just suck. Please note, ahem, that Matt used the same weight ball and I beat him by a whole second! (Love you dear)
- K2E rx'd unless Dan is judging and points out that some touched my arm just below my elbow. I agree, but maintain that proportionally my arms are too long compared to the rest of my frame.
