Much better picture of Nicole on the ropes, this time no Ralph next to her :)

Dave M.

7+15 with a 20# ball. Did the push-ups from the knees though.

dan

10 + 24 rx'd

Matt

Don't know if anyone else saw this story. Apparently we North Carolinians are some lazy people as a whole.

Ralph

Ran 5 miles at a 8:27 min/mile no heat today but did get very wet. Mendy, I am getting ready for the marathon on Nov 7.

Mendy

Yes I am so glad to hear that...now I gotta get my butt in shape! Now we have 5 1/2 people.. Me, Nicole, Katie, Julianne, Ralph and Mike. But Mike only counts as 1/2 right now because he is hurt. haha

Dave M.

I don't buy that story Matt. Nobody surveyed me or the people I work with about how much time we spend 'thinking'. Let the surveyors follow me around for one week and see what they 'think'.

Matt

Dave, I don't buy the story either. I spend most of my workday thinking and it is definitely not lazy.

Did 10 rounds + 8 as rx'd today.

Stephen Diener

Anyone who shows up for more than one WOD isn't average. I think we might skew the stats a bit.

Chrissie

Wow, a 1/2 marathon guys. That's cool. Maybe one day....I'm happy to be back to my routine. See some of you tomorrow morning.

Tenita

8 + 8 used rx'd weight but had to scale the push-ups after the 3 round.

Pam

9 rounds used a 10 lb. med. ball

Nichole

Finished 12 round rxd. Still haven't officially committed to the 1/2 marathon. Mendy continues to hope I'll be guilted into it! :) But I did enjoy our bonus run at the end of the wod today, it felt good outside, for a change!
