Snatch Practice:
Snatch Balance - 3,3,3
Snatch - 75% x 2,2,2,2
then...
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
9 Overhead Squats (95, 65)
3 Muscle Ups
Sub "muscle up progression" muscle ups (2x) for muscle ups if you can get ring dips, otherwise, do 2x bar dips and pull ups.

AMRAP 5 rnds + 9 w/ 55 lbs on the bar, blue band for pu's and dips. Snatch balance w/ 55 lbs. Have a lot of catching up to do on the Snatch.
