If you're an O-runner and don't have things figured out as far as travel, some of us are meeting at TCF at 7:00 AM on Saturday to go to the race. If we're not full you can ride, or we can at least have a caravan so no one gets lost. Remember, they request that you be there an hour before your start time.

205# bench press - 60# less than my all time PR at World Gym 10 years ago!

Max bench press was 185#. Never did a lot of bench press so I guess this is a pr, not really sure if I've ever benched more weight.
Metcon was 6:36 rx'd.

Maxed the bench at 245# and finished the metcon in 5:52 using a 35# KB. Started with a 55# KB and pulled a muscle in my right bicep after the third rep. This was another classic example of not following through with Clay's coaching and letting my form go bad!
