5 minutes of Rowing (for calories)
4 minutes of Box Jumps (24, 20)
3 minutes of Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
2 minutes of Wall Balls (20, 14)
1 minute of Double Unders
There is no rest between exercises. Post total number of reps + calories to comments.
