Simply put, if you're serious about your fitness, every resource you need is right here under our roof.  Period.  If we don't have something you think you need, you've been tricked into believing it's important.  If you can't get it from here, it's not.

Workout of the Day

5 minutes of Rowing (for calories)
4 minutes of Box Jumps (24, 20)
3 minutes of Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
2 minutes of Wall Balls (20, 14)
1 minute of Double Unders

then...

Snatch practice.

There is no rest between exercises.  Post total number of reps + calories to comments.
