Looks like the CrossFit Games on ESPN2 have been pushed back to midnight due to a baseball game.  But what the heck, anyone that wants to can meet up at Buffalo Wild Wings in Garner as planned and hang out.  Since they were supposed to start aroud 8:00, we'll meet you there about that time and go 'til whenever.  See you then!

15 Deadlifts (225, 155)
15 Ring Dips
15 Kettlebell Snatch (55, 35)

Wednesday September 28th

The 55# kettlebell is still too much for me for the moment... 35# kettlebell. I'll get there though. Just did regular dips b/c no rings here. Deadlifts Rx'ed

10:52. Non-rx'ed but I was still exhausted after this one... Great workout!

24 something...155lbs deadlifts, 35lbs kettlebell snatches, and blue band for dips. The dips took forever for me today.


12:37 w/35# kb. Still going to have bruised forearms. Couldn't get the hang of the KB snatch. New and still learning, thanks for the coaching Clay, I will get it eventually.

15:43 Rxd Dead lifts continue to suck up a lot of my time during WODs. The ring dips and kb snatches weren't too bad though.
