Tweaked the 'ole back on front squats yesterday. Would love to give this one a run, but unless the magic spine pixies pay me a visit before 5, I think I'll catch everyone tomorrow!

Interesting (but not surprising) article on the worst health trends in 2011:

Double unders were terrible and caused me to be more than10 minutes. Blitzed the presses and the bear crawls were a tad slow.

25 KB Swings

Kimberly

Dee, I would have LOVED to have been able to do this WOD today...any WOD today actually...but I have to sit out for awhile due to some minor surgery. I'll be limited on what I can do until after the new year so until then I'll have to live vicariously through all of you.

Lori

11:10 rx'd
50 KB swings rx'd

Man oh man am I feeling all the crap I've been eating. I'm going to be a bad influence and foist all the sugary goodies people have been sending me onto my visiting relatives when they get here. After the holidays I'm throwing any leftover sweets out. I know weight loss is a tired New Year's resolution, but I've got a big birthday coming up this year.

Nichole

12:23 rx'd plus 26 kb swings
Thought I was good, until a bathroom break was needed & I saw Lori's times, ugh & that's with her eating poorly. Ive got a long way to go!

Nichole

Oops meant 36 kb swings...

Lori

Nichole - It helped that I crawl faster than I run.

Steve

15:16 subbing squats for the DU's and using 95# on the push presses. 30 KB swings with 55#.

Matt

Lori - am I considered a "visiting relative"?

Lori

Matt- I consider you a resident in absentia. When you are in residence, you are still responsible for all of the household duties of a resident, not a visitor. However, you may still have cookies.
