Tweaked the 'ole back on front squats yesterday. Would love to give this one a run, but unless the magic spine pixies pay me a visit before 5, I think I'll catch everyone tomorrow!

Dee, I would have LOVED to have been able to do this WOD today...any WOD today actually...but I have to sit out for awhile due to some minor surgery. I'll be limited on what I can do until after the new year so until then I'll have to live vicariously through all of you.

Man oh man am I feeling all the crap I've been eating. I'm going to be a bad influence and foist all the sugary goodies people have been sending me onto my visiting relatives when they get here. After the holidays I'm throwing any leftover sweets out. I know weight loss is a tired New Year's resolution, but I've got a big birthday coming up this year.

    It's that time of year and with it comes Triangle CrossFit's annual Turkey Burner WOD! Join us on Friday, Nov 27th, to burn off those extra indulgences from your Thanksgiving meal. With plenty of exercises, sets, and reps as well as a 75 minute cut-off, our Turkey Burner WOD is a workout like no other. The gym will open at 8:30am on Nov 27th and the workout will begin promptly at 9:00. There is no charge for current TCF athletes and a $20 drop-in fee for visitors. Hope to see you there!

    Since 2009, TCF has held a Christmas Toy Drive to help provide gifts for low-income families in the Triangle area. We are thrilled to continue this wonderful tradition of giving back here in 2015. All toys collected will be donated to the Christmas Store , an outreach program of New Horizons Fellowship located in Apex. We’re asking all TCF athletes to donate at least one new, unwrapped toy. Bring your donation to TCF by December 5th and place it in the toy box. Please join us in helping others this Christmas season!
