32:15 before I quit :( this broke me, but it feels great.

16 something rx'd. I did this one last week at work. It helped today to know the order of the exercises.

I hope everyone has a great Christmas!

Well Dov's been keeping me busy in KS, yesterday we did 3RM Presses. I got up to 85, & then we worked on weighted pullups. Ugh!

Today we did 1RM power cleans, got 140# (a PR) then 21-15-9 power cleans (95,135) GHD sit ups. We didn't have a clock but we guessed about 8-9 mins.

Merry Christmas!! See you all next week!!

Please be sure to check the online schedule for class times. The holiday season brings with it shopping trips, parties to attend, travels and more. With this in mind, adjustments to the schedule will be made in consideration of everyone's extra activities as well as to allow our staff to be able to spend time with their families during this special time of year. Happy Holidays!
Since 2009, TCF has held a Christmas Toy Drive to help provide gifts for low-income families in the Triangle area. We are thrilled to continue this wonderful tradition of giving back here in 2015. All toys collected will be donated to the Christmas Store , an outreach program of New Horizons Fellowship located in Apex. We’re asking all TCF athletes to donate at least one new, unwrapped toy. Bring your donation to TCF by December 5th and place it in the toy box. Please join us in helping others this Christmas season!
