This is your last chance to kill a WOD with us before our Christmas break.  Classes today are  at 6:00, 8:30, and 9:30 AM and one evening class at 5:00 PM.  Remember, we will open back up again on Tuesday.  Merry Christmas!

Well Dov's been keeping me busy in KS, yesterday we did 3RM Presses. I got up to 85, & then we worked on weighted pullups. Ugh!

Today we did 1RM power cleans, got 140# (a PR) then 21-15-9 power cleans (95,135) GHD sit ups. We didn't have a clock but we guessed about 8-9 mins.

Modified 2nd workout with 3 pull ups & 3 push Press (95lbs)
