Julianne forgot to add that she did hers mega Rx'd with a 16lb medicine ball, and of course still blew right past me!!!

Ended up chatting with a few of the Lake Placid locals after lifting. By the time we were done, my low back and quads had cooled down and tightened up so I skipped the metcon and called it a day. Will try to make it up this Saturday.

Front Squat = 195-lbs, failed at two PR attempts. My struggles continue on front squats.

Metcon = 4:58 Rx'd

Well ended up getting in to the 9:30 class, due to a meeting at 5:30 tonight. Was able to finally PR on something, got 155# on the front squats.

Then did the metcon, Julianne was a monster with that 16 lber, but I was not trying that one! :) Even 2lbs makes a difference 10 ft in the air. With that said, finished rx'd in 5:28
