3,3,3 @ 85% 1RM
1,1,1 for load
then...
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 reps for time of:
Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)
Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
Post heaviest load and time to comments.

Front squat: 135# (i think I could have done more but ran out of time, definatley need a new 1 rep max, old one was 120)
Metcon: 7:26rx'd
Julianne forgot to add that she did hers mega Rx'd with a 16lb medicine ball, and of course still blew right past me!!!

215 was tops I hit on front squat and I think I got 5:50 something on the Metcon

Ended up chatting with a few of the Lake Placid locals after lifting. By the time we were done, my low back and quads had cooled down and tightened up so I skipped the metcon and called it a day. Will try to make it up this Saturday.

Front Squat = 195-lbs, failed at two PR attempts. My struggles continue on front squats.

Well ended up getting in to the 9:30 class, due to a meeting at 5:30 tonight. Was able to finally PR on something, got 155# on the front squats.
Then did the metcon, Julianne was a monster with that 16 lber, but I was not trying that one! :) Even 2lbs makes a difference 10 ft in the air. With that said, finished rx'd in 5:28

255# front squat - felt easy... Then I jumped to 265# and suddenly the bar became 1000 pounds heavier. Dropped it like it's hot.
Metcon - 5:22 Rx'ed.
