25:56 w/knees on box for hspu & single skips mixed with a few double unders. This was a windy one :)

- 1st round of DUs sucked, so I made up for it by getting the 4th round unbroken

Only did two rounds of this workout because my old, decrepit knee wasn't very happy with me. HSPUs were to one ab-mat, did 15 GHDs instead of 30 sit-ups. 17:?

    Triangle CrossFit is taking registrations for our next Get Started Package. Dates for the introductory Elements classes are March 5th, 7th, 12th, and 14th. All sessions begin at 8pm.     Remember, Gym Challenges are a TEAM effort! It's going to take the entire TCF family to hit the 40,000 mark for this month's burpee challenge. Many of you have already put some impressive numbers up on the board but we need everyone to take part. Don't let this one slip away!
  • ROWING WODs
    TCF is excited to announce the addition of Rowing WODs to our list of class offerings. These 30 minute classes will challenge your stamina and endurance as you row with a group under the direction of a coach. You must secure your spot in each class by registering online in advance. If you are unable to attend a session you signed up for, please cancel your reservation so that someone else may participate.
