Matt

Rest day for me. I'll be heading back to NC for a couple of days. Should be at the gym tomorrow night.

Lori and I are having people over to our house Saturday night around 7pm for drinks and I'm told some food (Lori is planning this for the most part). Everyone is welcome. If you need directions, see Lori or me.

Zeke

Front Squat: 175# No where close to previous max. Very tight back from yesterdays thrusters.

Metcon: 11:13 w/95# all else rx'd.

No time for pull ups.

Pam

Front squat 115 lbs.
Metcon: 14:31 w/ 65lbs. push press
max dead hang pull ups using a green band was 12 reps

Kirk

Front squat 255 pr. 7:40 rx'd. Mike K., aka "the motivator" dropped in to keep me going.

Deedee

Front squat 130#'s
Metcon: 12:35? w/ 65#'s and assisted pistols

Josh L

8:12 RXd

toe to bar really slow, and no repped a couple times but moved pretty good otherwise.

First day of zone! Went well. 18 blocks and zero hunger. 3,4,4,3,4 is my plan for now.

Love being at the box with the peeps.

Jeremy, somehow we discussed your underwear today. You're welcome.

Nichole

Didn't max on my front squat, quads were not having it after the thrusters/box jumps yesterday so did my 75% & 90% , 115# & 140#.

Then did the metcon in 11:02, pistols to the 13" box, but didn't use anything to help me up, so I consider it a success. Everything else was rx'd

Lori

I did light (ie, 15#) for the front squats as I try to let my hip heal up some. I'm supposed to lay off the heavy squats but I've pretty much failed at that for the past week.

Metcon 11:55 or so I think. Modified pistols holding on to a post; I tried squatting to the 13" box initially but my heart, head, and a** just wasn't into it...I was basically squatting and then falling off the box--not even close.

When in doubt, I'll discuss Jeremy's underwear. It helps fill those lulls in the conversation.
