  • COMPETITION CLUB
    Be sure to check the online schedule for dates and times for TCF's Competition Club sessions. Any TCF athlete wishing to compete with their CrossFit is welcome to attend. Come join us!
  • YOGA FLOW SERIES - COMING IN AUGUST!
    Join us for another TCF Yoga series! Classes will be held on Thursdays at 9:45am for six weeks (Aug 20th - Sept 24th). All sessions will last approximately 60-75 minutes. The format will be flow style with beginner to intermediate Yoga postures sequenced together at a slow to moderate pace. The series is appropriate for all skill levels. Fees are $75 for current TCF athletes and $90 for all others. The deadline to register is August 17th. To sign up, please email Kimberly
