Only managed 45 burpees.

I've been doing heavy backsquats each Friday up here. Hit a 5 rep PR of 300#. I think this might have negatively impacted my burpee numbers. I might try it again Sunday evening. We'll see.

Derreck, I don't think I've met you, but best of luck in PA. I've been in Lake Placid too long.

I've been hitting it hard here in Thailand, sore as heck today, but might do a quick rowing WOD tonight for some active recovery. Burpees may kill me.

  • WOMEN'S SERIES - JAN 2015
    Gentlemen, are you looking for that perfect Christmas gift for your gal? Triangle CrossFit has the answer! We're offering a special "women only" series in January. It is designed to introduce females of all fitness levels to CrossFit in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Taught by TCF female staff only, the Women's Series covers the fundamentals and more. Upon completion, participants will be able to easily transition into regular membership. Dates of the series are Jan 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, and 22nd. Classes start at 7:00pm and will last approximately 75 mins. Cost of the series is $169.
