The last Open WOD is scheduled for tomorrow, and just like the past few Fridays, we'll have Open Gym so that those who are registered can be judged, and everyone else can try it, or any other workout they want. You can also come work on any skills you need to brush up on. Also, like last week, we'll have "After Hours" that evening because it was so much fun. The grill will be available so bring whatever you'd like to throw on it. Don't forget your drinks and folding chairs. Come hang out with us! If it's your rest day, come by anyway, and bring your significant other and even the kids. You know you'd rather be here anyway.

10 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35 - yes, I know we just did them)
