It's a shame I'll miss the running mechanics workshop since I just registered for a 1/2 marathon in Rochester NY at the end of April.

It's the manliest sounding race I've ever seen. I can't wait to see what the T-shirts look like.

Normally I have not made a post after doing a workout but today I feel I earned the right to do so.

Hey hey gang,

Just saying hello, I hope everyone is well! Great times this week! Especially on Monday (Diane) - how the heck was everyone getting Rx'ed that fast with 21-15-9 on HSPU's??? My shoulders would fall off.

I've been hitting it hard this week at Crossfit309 in Illinois... Too much work to list, they even let me swing a sledge hammer!

See everyone Saturday morning - Barb, sorry, with the WOD's and having to get back to the family functions afterward, sit-ups are getting overlooked this week :-(.

@Jeremy Sure, like I really believe you! I fully expect to see you report you have done 500 every night in your hotel room... And what is this about family functions? I thought you said this was a business trip.

Matt

Last few days in Lake Placid.

Did back squats instead of behind-the-neck jerk. Worked up to 295# x 3.

For the metcon, I subbed 75# shoulder press for OH squats and used a 35# kb. 5:36.

200 situps after.
