Box Squats: 2x5 @ 50% Back Squat 1 RM, 5x2 @ NO MORE than 75%

3 Rounds for time:

Run 400m
10 SDHPs (95, 65)
10 Over-the-bar Burpees
10 Toes-to-Bar

Yeah, those regional crossfit games wods are definitely no joke! I noticed that event 3 calls for doing one-arm DB snatches with 100# DB's for the men and 70# for the women! Who can even do that with two arms?
