LABOR DAY SCHEDULE
TCF will be open on Monday, Sept 1st, between the hours of 8:00am and 10:30am for Open Gym. There will be no evening classes. If you are staying in town for the holiday, don't skip out on working out. Come see us!
Sadly, summer is coming to an end but there is good news. That means 6:30pm Friday WODs are coming back! They return on the schedule beginning September 5th.
ROWING WORKSHOP - SAT, AUG 30TH
During this two hour session, you'll learn about proper rowing technique, damper settings, and more. Participants will also be videotaped and receive feedback about their own rowing performance. Space is limited so sign up early! Current TCF athletes may attend for free. The workshop is available to non-members at a cost of $75. Visit our Event Registration link to reserve your spot.
YOGA FLOW SERIES - TUESDAYS IN SEPTEMBER, 9:45am
Who's ready for some Yoga? Join us for our next series beginning September 2nd. Classes will include beginner to intermediate Yoga postures sequenced together at a slow to moderate pace. This "flow style" approach includes an emphasis on linking breath to movement and generating warmth in the body for an invigorating Yoga experience. Classes are appropriate for all skill levels. Cost of the five week series is $50 for current TCF athletes and $75 for non-members. (Any current credit on a TCF Yoga account can be applied to the series.) Sessions will begin at 9:45 am and last approximately 60-75 minutes. The deadline to register is August 27th. There is a minimum of five participants required in order to conduct the series.
