The Day After Thursday
Under the Bar

Back Again

Monday, April 23rd, 2012

We know, it's tough.  Admit it, that's why you come back.  We commend you, and your knowledge that the easy way will not come close to producing the results you'll get here.  Carry on!

Workout of the Day

High Bar Back Squats 5x65%, 5x75%, 3x80%, then 3x2, working up to max load.

5 Rounds for time:

5 Push Jerks (135, 95)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20)

No High Bar Back Squat 1RM?  Just work up to max load for two.  We will be getting a 1RM soon.  Post final load and time to comments.

Adam and Josh cleanin' it up.
