Workout of the Day
High Bar Back Squats 5x65%, 5x75%, 3x80%, then 3x2, working up to max load.
then...
5 Rounds for time:
5 Push Jerks (135, 95)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20)
No High Bar Back Squat 1RM? Just work up to max load for two. We will be getting a 1RM soon. Post final load and time to comments.

Back squat: 265# PR

Then worked on weighted pullups - got up to 55#

Worked up to 150# on the squat, didn't want to go any higher with my knee. Finished the metcon in 6:57 I think.. Did it rxd & then got up to 10# on pull ups

Weightlifting
Snatch complex, 1 rep consisted of 1 snatch high pull followed by one snatch
Did 3 sets of 5 reps resting 90 seconds between
95,105,105 and one set later at 115
Rest one hour
Then did the WOD
295# PR
Metcon was 4:13 rx'd tied with Bleezy but he says he beat me.
Got 65# pull up
Then 5 sets of max reps muscle ups which was 2,2,2,1,3...3 being a PR

Back Squat 225-lbs x 2 (Failed on second attempt at 245-lbs)
Metcon = 5:38 Rx'd (Couldn't hang with Bleezy & Sexy Josh - nice job gents)
Pull-up = 90-lbs
