Weekend's over.  Time to put all your party rockin' away for a few days....until Cinco de Mayo.  Check your email and the whiteboard at the box.  It's gonna' be great...we can't wait!

Oh, and one more thing...today is the last day to contribute to the April Running Challenge.  Take a few laps while you're here and then add the meters to the board.  We'll announce tomorrow if the goal was met or not.  As we've said before....teamwork!! 

Workout of the Day

5x1 - Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats - as heavy as possible.


4 Rounds for time:

35 Double Unders
35 Squats
10 Burpees

then, if there's time...

Handstand and Handstand walk practice.

Post final load and time to comments.

Great crowd at the 6am class!

Power Snatch + OVHS = 140-lbs (PR I believe)

Metcon = 8:19 Rx'd


Snatch combo: 135# PR for power snatch
Metcon: 9:39 rx'd


Power snatch + OH squat: 65 just focused on practicing good technique instead of weight
Metcon: 11:05 RX was hoping for under 10 mins... Second round of DU's really messed my time up.
Monday's are always a tough day to get back into the gym
