Great crowd at the 6am class!

Power Snatch + OVHS = 140-lbs (PR I believe)

Metcon = 8:19 Rx'd


Snatch combo: 135# PR for power snatch
Metcon: 9:39 rx'd


Power snatch + OH squat: 65 just focused on practicing good technique instead of weight
Metcon: 11:05 RX was hoping for under 10 mins... Second round of DU's really messed my time up.
Monday's are always a tough day to get back into the gym

    Triangle CrossFit is thrilled to announce the addition of a new youth program, TCF Tots, for children ages 2-4. Dates for the first series are October 4th, 18th, 25th, and Nov 1st. All sessions begin at 10:30am and will last approximately 45 minutes. This parent-child activity is designed to give toddlers a fun introduction to CrossFit while also creating an opportunity for parent-child interaction, fitness, and play. Cost of the series is $48 for current TCF members and $60 for non-members. (We're sorry but refunds cannot be given for classes not attended.) Advance registration is required and space is limited.
