Workout of the Day

Snatch - 20 minutes to find your 1 RM.


Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Complete one Snatch at 80% 1RM.  The goal, of course, is to practice technique with heavy weight, and not miss, but if you do, do not try that rep again.  Just wait until the next minute and move on. Don't even think about adding weight today.

Post 1 RM achieved TODAY, and number of misses to comments.

Worked up to my previous pr of 155# then got all 20 reps using 125#.

Just tried to maintain some semblance of good form with 70# during the "snatch-fest". Had 1 failure. Need to get my knees to cooperate and actully bend deep!
