Also, the fourth WOD for TCF's Top Dawg competition will be conducted next Wednesday, April 25th. Unlike the first three workouts, we will not be revealing the WOD at this time. It will be posted on our website the night before. Doesn't matter anyway because ya'll are prepared for anything.
Workout of the Day (done 10/12/2011)
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 8 "Tabata" rounds each consisting of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following exercises:
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats
All 8 rounds must be completed for each exercise before moving on to the next.
Remaining time should be spent on Mobility work...yes, Mobility work.
Post the total number of reps completed to comments.
