Check out one of Kelly Starrett's videos on Foot Position for the squat. Many of you have this tendency to excessively rotate the feet out, and this is a great example of why you are, but why you shouldn't.
(Drum roll, please.....) Did TCF meet the April Gym Challenge of running 250,000 meters? Unfortunately, no, we didn't. Final total was 235, 360 meters. Better luck next time...(hint,hint.) Stay tuned for an announcement about the challenge for May.
