I was really looking forward to getting back in this morning and doing this WOD, but I tweaked my back at work yesterday and it still doesn't feel quite right. Even after a good dose of a foam roller, it hasn't quite loosened up. Good luck to everyone that participates...I'm bummed that I won't make it in today.

149 rx'd, wasn't sure if I could get any of the chest-to-bar pull-ups but thankfully I knocked out a few to hit rx'd. Not sure yet if I like this one better than fgb. I miss the push presses and sdhps.

Coach Eric and his wife, Wendy, as well as TCF athletes, Blake and Heather, are expecting and we have a fun afternoon planned in honor of their growing families.
