If you've looked at the complete schedule for the week, it may have left you wondering if we forgot a class or two but that's not the case.  There are a few out of the ordinary events happening this week and as a result, operations are different a couple of days.  First, there are only two WODs on Thursday, 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.  We'll be doing team WODS at both of these times so get here for the fun!  And because so many of the TCF family will be running in the Ninja Challenge on Saturday, there will not be a morning WOD that day.  Hey!  It's  not too late to join us!  You too can be a ninja...they are still taking registrations! 

And don't forget, we'll be doing CrossFit for Hope this Friday, the 8th, instead of Saturday due to the race.  If you haven't done so already, please take a moment to register now and make a contribution to help support the cause.

25 Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)
15 Hang Power Cleans (135, 95)
5 Muscle Ups
35 Kettlebell Swings
25 Wall Ball Shots
15 Hang Power Cleans
3 Muscle Ups
35 Kettlebell Swings
25 Wall Ball Shots
15 Hang Power Cleans

Sub 3 Pull Ups and 3 Dips (ring, if possible), for each muscle up, or do the modified version. Post time to comments.
