Time for some friendly competition...yep, it's Top Dawg time! For those new to TCF, this is an in-house event we started last year and plan to continue for many years to come. During the last week of each month, for six months, we'll program a "Top Dawg" WOD. At the end of the six months, there will be overall male and female winners. They will earn the "Top Dawg" title by completing all workouts as prescribed as well as consistently having high placings for all of the WODs. There are info sheets posted around the box with more details so be sure to check them out if you haven't already.
** If you are unable to perform a Top Dawg WOD on the day it is scheduled at the box, please contact Kimberly to arrange for another time to complete it. **
