1 & 1/4 Front Squats - 5 x 3 using 85% of max load achieved on 01/03/2013 - rest 90 seconds.
10 minutes Snatch Balance practice
3 Rounds for time:
10 Overhead Squats (115, 75)
15 Ring Dips
30 ft Hand Stand Walks (rx) or 5 Wall Walks(non-rx)
