Workout of the Day
Snatch complex, 3 x 5, where 1 rep = 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Snatch. As heavy as possible with good form. Rest 90 seconds. We know we have a ton of new folks, and if you haven't been coached on the snatch yet, don't be shy. We will accommodate you.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 rep for time of:
Kettlebell Snatch (55, 35)
Pull Ups
Reps are "per side" for the KB snatch (10=10 per side, 9=9 per side, etc.) split up however you want. Post loads and time to comments.
