Triangle CrossFit's 2nd Annual Top Dawg competition starts with WOD #1 next week. For those not familiar with this in-house fitness competition at TCF, be sure to check out the flyers at the box with all the details.
As noted in the Announcements, there is a free Yoga class tomorrow morning (Friday) at 9:30. If you're available then, we hope you'll join us. Previous Yoga experience is not required. Please bring your own Yoga mat. If you do not have one, TCF will have some available for purchase. Namaste!
