My list includes better all around fitness for mountain biking, skiing, trail running, backpacking, etc. . . and yes I'd like to be able to lift myself off the "can" when I'm into my 80s, that's priceless!

I want to be able to keep doing my job. Crossfit sure makes it easier.
My goal is to keep improving my half marathon finish time.
Of course everything gets easier with improved fitness.

    This 2 hour workshop teaches athletes how to row correctly in order to maximize work output. Understanding the rower, practicing good technique, and assessing monitor feedback are all addressed.
