The way CrossFit brings everyone along has always been very interesting to me. Anyone, at any skill and fitness level benefits from each and every class. The programming, movements, and intensity with which classes happen take care of this. Still, every one of us is different. Our past experiences, training methods, occupations, and backgrounds lead to diversity in what each of us is capable of. This is why it is so important to take advantage of the facility you have, and why we encourage each of you to come a little early or stay a little late to work on any weaknesses you may have. Granted, this has not been as easy in the past year due to how much we've grown, which cuts down on the available space for you to use when regular classes are going on. This will not be a problem in a week or two. However, 5 minutes before a workout is not the time to learn how to climb a rope. The same goes for improving your O-lifts, handstand push ups, or any other movement that you've never (or rarely) practiced before. The class must go on, and as we've stated before, we would much rather have you keep moving, than to stare at that rope, or barbell, or kettlebell, more than you're picking it up during a WOD. Keep coming, and the instruction will come around for everything we do. Being pro-active, though, is always a bonus.
