You know you've been wondering how you would stack up against the rest of the world when comes to your CrossFit workouts. Sure, it's hard to imagine making it to the games (although there's always hope), but where would I fall when compared to everyone else? Your chance to find out is coming. Wednesday will be the day that registration for the CrossFit Games Open competition begins. You'll be able to perform the same workouts that everyone else in the world will be doing, and be ranked accordingly. It's a chance to see how far you've come, and to also represent your home team, Triangle CrossFit! More details to come.

Love hearing from you again, Heron! So glad you are still "out there" and keeping up with our crazy happenings. We would love to see you! (Joe, lives in Gboro but is not in the AF. He trained with us while living here but moved to Gboro several months ago after getting married. We miss him too!)

Looks like Kimberly beat me to it, but I am not military. I do live within earshot of SJAFB though.
