It was great to see so many of you at Monday's Open Gym! And thanks to those there who helped us move the new mats into the building. We appreciate the help. The painting will be finished this week and that brings us even closer to bringing the wall down and spreading out. Hang in there, TCF crew! Not much longer now!

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've stopped into TCF, but hopefully I can stop in soon. Meghan and I have been putting together a garage gym since the beginning of the year and...it's finished! (assuming my barbells get delivered on time tomorrow). We decided that we are going to follow the TCF programming, so we will also try to post on here. Since I don't have a bar yet I couldn't do deadlifts, but I did the met-con. 13:40 rx'd.
