Got a few minutes? The video below is especially for our athletes currently taking part in the Paleo Challenge but it's definitely a great watch for everyone. It's about 13 minutes long but worth the time in order to learn more about some of the most current research, and results, involving sugar consumption.

Eye opening video! Joe and I started the 21 day sugar detox on Jan 7. Caveman Doctor and the writer of Practical Paleo discuss the negative side-effects of sugar too. There's some pretty convincing evidence out there how bad it is. I've felt great ever since starting this challenge and have hardly missed sugar. I may not go back! Thanks for posting the video!
