No dumbbells in the garage, so I decided to do something from the vault. Did a WOD from 1/18/2012:
40 cal row, 40 burpees, 40 sit-ups
30 cal row, 30...,30...
20... You get the idea

17:19 Rx. Lots faster than last time, but 100 burpees still seemed to last forever.
