High Bar Back Squat - 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 then, 20 w/ 70% 1 RM
then, for time...
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 reps of DB Thrusters (55, 35). Complete one 40 yard sprint between each round.
Post heaviest load, load used for 20 reps, and time to comments.
