Workout of the Day
High Hang Snatch - 3 x 3, as heavy as possible
Hang Snatch - 3 x 2, ahap
Snatch - 3 x 1, ahap
then...
AMRAP in 12 minutes (last done 12/28/12):
3 Rounds of ALL of the following for time:
3 minute AMRAP of
10 Kettlebell Snatch (55, 35)
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Toes to Bar
then...
1 minute max effort, unbroken Jerks (135, 95)
When the minute is up, go back to the AMRAP for your second or third round. If the bar hits the floor, rest for the remainder of the minute. Post heaviest load and TOTAL reps to comments.

95#...and a very painful 109! Great crew at 630pm, good people. Sometimes it feels like Clean and Snatch will be my lifelong nemesis. Had fun!
