It's the start of another week and time to get back in the gym. Hard work does pay off so don't put it off!
Last call for Top Dawg WOD #1! If you were not able to make it to the box last Wednesday and are interested in completing the first workout of TCF's Top Dawg competition, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can schedule a time for you to make it up.
And speaking of a little competition, Triangle CrossFit is excited to announce that we will be a host site for the Festivus Games scheduled for Saturday, April 13th. This CrossFit competition is geared towards beginner and intermediate level CrossFitters only. We hope to see TCF athletes competing but we'll also need volunteers to help make the day a positive one for all of our guests. You'll be hearing more about this event over the next couple of months.

Metcon: 13:34 not rx'd. Pistols were to a stack of 45# & 35# bumpers. Probably should have no reaped a few ring dips at the end.
